Firstly, the value that you and your company add on the pre-op is fantastic. You take all the hassle out of the whole processes, arranging literally everything so that I could remain as stress free as possible.

With regards to the post-op, again brilliant. From the professional bedside manner offered, to the ferrying me around for the post-op check ups. You took all the stress away, re-assured me, allowed me to ask stupid questions and answered them in plain English, not medical jargon.
Also your choice of surgeon and facilities was first class to. The surgeon was understanding and considerate, but most importantly gave me realistic expectations. He was also very forthright when I asked for 'more', in so much as rather than taking my money, he gently explained why he wasn't prepared to do the requested service.

I cannot recommend highly enough to anyone interested in under going cosmetic surgery that they should use you. I know it's still early days for me, but you made the whole procedure stress free and painless, thank you, thank you, thank you. Kindest regard.
